CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Prices quoted shall be f.o.b. Rapid City, Manitoba and shall include all applicable Federal and Provincial Taxes in net cost.
The R. M. of Oakview shall have the right to reject any quotation which contains
any omissions, erasures, alterations, or items not called for in the quotation.
The R. M. of Oakview shall have the right to reject the lowest and any or all
quotations and accept any quotations which they may consider is in the best interest of
the Municipality. Quotes should be placed for trading the 140M AWD for one new grader.
Council reserves the right to review the quotations and set appointments with
those making proposals to ask questions or hear presentation on the supply of the
