2021/2022 Road Gravelling
The R.M. of Oakview invites tenders for two-year hauling contracts for the loading and hauling of gravel to be spread on municipal roads in the R. M. of Oakview.
The contracts are to extend from 2021-2022.
Material is to be applied on the roads beginning immediately after road restrictions are lifted and completed by July 31st annually. In addition, there may be spot hauling that continues until October 31st.
A penalty of $1,000.00 per day may be charged after this date.
Individual project tenders will be accepted for the following projects.
Project 1
Load, haul and spread 13,000 cubic yards of gravel on specific roads in Ward 1 (formerly Town of Rapid City) and Ward 2 (formerly R. M. of Saskatchewan) in the
R. M. of Oakview for 2021 and 2022.
Project 2
Load, haul and spread approximately 10,000 cubic yards of gravel on specific roads in the Northern part of Ward 3 (formerly R. M. of Blanshard) in the R. M. of Oakview for
2021 and 2022.
Project 3
Load, haul, and spread approximately 12,000 cubic yards of gravel on specific roads in the Southern part of the Ward 3 (Formerly the R. M. of Blanshard) in the
R. M. of Oakview for 2021 and 2022.
Project 4
Load and haul approximately 8500 cubic yards to the Stockpile in Ward 3 in the R.M. of Oakview for 2021 and 2022. Hauling is to be completed annually, in the fall months.
