Description

The Services to be performed shall consist of:
Engineered study and pre-design to determine the feasibility of constructing a two-slip boat launch to the Lee River at the Lee River Park located at 50°16'13.0"N 95°52'33.9"W.

Determine parking requirements, turning radii, stairs and dock access to the launch pads, and drainage.
Include option for one non-motorized, hand launch only, slip with stairs.
Identify potential environmental issues and impacts associated with the site.
Identify capacity of site based on waterway and parking.
Prepare conceptual drawings.
Pre-design for selected option and construction cost estimates.
Provide option and cost estimates for design and project management.
