Description

The Rural Municipality of Cartier intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada between January 1 and December 31, 2023. The Municipality of Cartier may participate with other public authorities in cooperative purchasing where there are economic advantages and it is in the best interests of the Municipality to do so.
The co-operative purchasing process may be conducted in accordance with the procurement policies and procedures of the entity that is responsible for co-ordinating and leading the process, provided that those policies and procedures are consistent with the Municipality’s obligations under applicable trade agreements and the Municipality’s procurement goals and objectives.
