WASHROOM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Riverdale Municipality is inviting interested proponents to bid on the construction of a washroom facility building for the Riverdale Campground currently being developed.

Sealed tenders will be received until 4:00 pm, Friday, 14 May 2021.

Offers submitted after above time will be returned to Bidder unopened.

Construction to be completed by: June 30th, 2021

Plans, Specifications and tender forms can be obtained from Riverdale Municipality upon request for bid package.

Site access for the purpose of reviewing existing conditions is permitted.

The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Submit one original tender on the enclosed Tender Form. Each item on the form must be completed, unless noted otherwise. Incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tender must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked:

Bidders who propose to sub trade to themselves (own forces), shall in their tender submission, set forth their qualifications for tender.
