Each Vendor shall submit four copies of the Proposal and one electronic version of their proposal on a USB (in MS Word). Proposals submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. The completed Proposal, which must appear on the Vendor’s letterhead and be signed by the Vendor’s Representative, is to be submitted no later than the Due Date. Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as follows:
