Red River College Polytechnic intends to establish Standing Offers with Staffing and Recruitment service providers (“the Vendors”) that have the experience and capabilities to support RRC Polytech’s recruitment needs at the professional level, on an “as and when needed” basis. Positions to be recruited may range from temporary, term or full-time permanent openings and may be distributed across various business functions. RRC Polytech intends to engage with more than one vendor in order to create and maintain qualified and experienced Vendors to best meet a variety of recruitment needs and activities. Any vendor that has previously provided similar recruitment services to the RRC Polytech in the past, and that wishes to compete to become a potential preferred service provider (Vendor) must submit a response to this RSO. This Standing Offer will be for a term of three (3) years with the option of a (2) year extension. Due to the ‘as, if and when required’ nature of this initiative, RRC Polytech cannot guarantee any minimum level of expenditure commitment to SO Holders a particular SO Holder or any of them.
