Red River College requires a parking management system that addresses the current and future needs of our multi campus locations.
The use of the most current technologies and processes, wherever practical and economically feasible, along with your best practices recommendations that will improve our operational efficiencies, enhance the user experience through an on-line/self- serve process, collection and analysis of our parking data, leverage our current Ellucian Colleague Enterprise Information system and improve our financial management reporting.
The RFI requests detailed information about the service providers’ capabilities in assisting the College address the following:
• Utilizing up-to-date equipment and technologies to ensure improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Integrate with the current/future Red River College Information Technology Solutions (ITS) Hardware, Software and Infrastructure.
• Adoption of technology that helps the College fulfill its ongoing Sustainability goals and reduction of the overall ecological footprint.
• Ability to support current and future programs (student carpooling, staff carpooling, job sharing) and a permit-less environment.
• To provide the best solution available with an initial investment of approximately $100,000.00 and a reasonable yearly maintenance cost.
