Description

Red River College Polytechnic is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for a Prime Consultant to prepare the drawings and specifications for the redevelopment of the 4th floor of Building A at the Notre Dame Campus to accommodate the new Nursing and Allied Health Simulation Centre. The total area to be renovated is approximately 16,630 sq. ft. The project involves complete demolition of the majority of the 4th floor of Building A, including walls, ceilings, floor finishes, millwork, etc. as well as total re-work and/or replacement of existing mechanical and electrical systems to suit the new layout. The existing roof on building A will need to be replaced as part of this project.
