Description

Red River College is seeking a Prime Consultant to develope construction drawings for the RRC Advanced Culinary Research Laboratory. RRC is building a permanent and consistent research lab on the top floor (11th) of Paterson GlobalFoods Institute (PGI, 504 Main Street). The 4,500 square foot renovated floor space will include a full product development kitchen, a food service demonstration area to test recipes in food service conditions plus additional space to bring in project specific equipment.
