Description

The intent of this Terms of Reference is to invite proposals and retain architectural and engineering services from a Design Consultant for the completion of the planning, design and construction of four CHRT41 capital building projects in Poplar RiverFirst Nation: CHRT41 Capital FNCFS Prevention Centre, Staff Housing, Transitional Housing Projects, and Emergency Accommodations. The proposal must include four separate costs of services form for each building and the final bid price will be the sum of all four.

Proposals are invited at this time and will be followed by the selection and award of the contract by Poplar River First Nation. Interested firms must submit five (5) copies of their proposal and (1) electronic version (**do not include cost services forms in electronic version) in Adobe PDF format on a USB to the address:
