The Chief and Council of Wasagamack First Nation are calling for tenders to undertake upgrades to the community landfill site in Wasagamack First Nation.

Tenders for The Wasagamack First Nation Community Landfill Upgrade Project, Wasagamack, Manitoba shall be emailed to WFNLUP@askigeo.ca and phil@pmgroup.ca before 11:00 a.m., CST, February 23, 2021.

The general scope of work for the project includes transfer and consolidation of solid waste to an existing cell, closure and capping of the cell, installation of a leachate collection system in an existing cell, construction of a recycling apron, construction of an engineered wetland for leachate management and related works. No pre-tender site visit will be completed for this project due to COVID-19 concerns. In lieu of a site meeting, a virtual pre-tender project information session will be held at 3:00 p.m. on February 16, 2021.
