St. Theresa Point First Nation Chief and Council are requesting Design Consultant proposals for the design and construction of the “South” wastewater treatment plant upgrades/expansion and associated work. The project schedule requires construction to be substantially completed by March, 2023. Sealed proposals will be received up to 2:00 PM on March 11’th, 2021 at the office of P.M. Associates Ltd., 1440 Erin Street, Winnipeg, MB.

The Scope of work for this project is to provide engineering services for the assessment, design, construction and commissioning of upgrades/expansion to the existing “South” wastewater treatment plant, design, and construction of a new lift station with standby power adjacent to the existing “North” wastewater treatment plant, design and construction of a new forcemain to connect to the “South” wastewater treatment plant, and decommissioning of the “North” wastewater treatment plant.
