Description

The work under this contract comprises the provision and installation of eleven modular or ready-to move houses fully equipped, operative, unfurnished, complete with heating system, foundation, skirting and steps and their transportation to Lake St. Martin First Nation. The work also includes site development (driveways, and sidewalks), connection to Manitoba Hydro, BellMTS, water and sewer which are all located at the edge of the project site.

Unit construction, transportation to the Lake St. Martin First Nation and installation must be completed by August 31, 2018 or sooner.
