LSMFN 2018-19-001 - LAKE ST. MARTIN FIRST NATION PHASE 2 REPLACEMENT HOUSING PROJECT

Lake St. Martin First Nation are calling tenders for the construction of one hundred and thirty (130) housing units on lands adjacent to the Lake St. Martin First Nation Reserve. All works are to be completed by October 31’st, 2019. Sealed tenders will be received up to 2:00 PM, August 22’nd, 2018 at the office of PM Associates Ltd., 1440 Erin Street, Winnipeg, MB. R3E 2S8.    
The work generally includes:  Construction of 130 houses including the following:
.1       1.2 m high ICF foundations & concrete strip footing
 
.2       40   3 bedroom houses with 1,140 sq. ft. living area
 
.3       55   4 bedroom houses with 1,560 sq. ft. living area
 
.4       17   5 bedroom houses with 1,740 sq. ft. living area
 
.5       12   6 bedroom houses with 1,950 sq. ft. living area
 
.6       6    7 bedroom houses with 2,180 sq. ft. living area
 
.7       All of the houses are to be site built
 
.8       All required mechanical and electrical systems
 
.9       Water service line from the existing curb box
 
.10     Sewer service line from the existing stub at the property             line
 
.11     Crushed aggregate driveways & walkways
 
.12     Lot grading & drainage swales
 
.13     Hydroseeding
 
.14      Restoration
 
A pre-tender site visit will be held starting at 11:00 AM, on Monday, August 13’th, 2018.
