Description

The School Division requires the Supply and Delivery of Physical Education Equipment for Bison Run, a new school under construction and scheduled to open January 2023.

The School Division is requesting quotation from experienced and qualified Bidder(s) whose bid(s) best serves the interests of the School Division.

The term of agreement is for a one (1) year period starting December 1, 2022, to November 30th, 2023; with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions possibly extending the contract to November 30, 2025.

Items for Bison Run must be available by December 12th, 2022. Delivery would be scheduled between December 12th,2022 to January 31st, 2023 (“Delivery Window”).
