Description

The School Division requires the Supply and Delivery of Musical and Band Instruments for the new School build (“Bison Run”) scheduled to open January 2023 and a Contract for supply and delivery to schools within the School Division’s jurisdiction on an “as and when required” basis.

The School Division is requesting quotation from experienced and qualified Bidder(s) whose bid(s) best serves the interests of the School Division.

The term of agreement is for a one (1) year period starting December 1, 2022, to November 30th, 2023; with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions possibly extending the contract to November 30, 2025.

Instruments for Bison Run must be available by December 12th, 2022. Delivery would be scheduled between December 12th,2022 to January 31st, 2023 (“Delivery window).
