Wabaseemoong Independent Nations invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Design Engineering Services as detailed in the “TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE PHASE 1 SUBDIVISION PROJECT FOR WABASEEMOONG INDEPENDENT NATIONS”.
The project will consist of the completion of the planning, design, construction, commissioning, turn-over, and warranty of the Wabaseemoong Independent Nations Phase 1 Subdivision Project, which includes the design, construction, commissioning and warranty of the initiative’s roads, ditches, site drainage, driveway approaches, watermains, gravity sewermains, lift station, water service stubs, wastewater service stubs, and lot grading inherent with their Phase 1 Subdivision Development Project.

One (1) PDF copy of your proposal must be delivered by email as directed in the TOR on or before 16:00 hours, local prevailing Winnipeg time, November 1, 2023.
The last day for receipt of questions is October 27, 2023 @ 12:00. Questions are to be by email only. No phone calls.
Late or misdirected proposals will not be accepted.
