This Request For Proposal is for Design and Construction Administration Service for the New Birdtail Sioux - Dakota Ojibway Child and Family Services - Prevention Centre Project.
The intent of these Terms of Reference is to invite proposals and retain architectural and engineering services for the completion of the planning, design and construction administration of a Dakota Ojibway Child and Family Services (DOCFS) Prevention Centre on Birdtail Sioux First Nation (BSFN).
Proposals are invited at this time and will be followed by the selection and award of the contract by Dakota Ojibway Child and Family Services (DOCFS). Interested firms must submit two (2) PDF files: The first pdf file will contain the Technical Proposal; and the second pdf file will contain the Cost Proposal. The Cost Proposal file will be password secured. The Project Team will evaluate the Technical Proposals and contact the proponents that have attained the necessary minimum score to request the password for their respective Cost Proposals.
The two pdf files consisting of the Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal is to be emailed to the Project Manager as listed below, no later than 14:00 hours, Winnipeg Manitoba time, Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The email submission subject line should read: “Architectural Consulting Services for the Design and Construction of a DOCFS Prevention Centre for Birdtail Sioux First Nation” and be emailed to:
