The Northern Regional Health Authority (NRHA) and Thompson General Hospital (TGH) express their interest in receiving Proposals for the provision of Prime Consulting Services for the Thompson General Hospital HVAC System Upgrade Phase #3 located in Thompson, Manitoba. Thompson, Manitoba is located 760 km north of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The overall objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Proponent selection process is to ensure the process is fair, open and transparent. The review and selection will be conducted by Northern Regional Health Authority.

Thompson General Hospital is a multi-floored building with various aged wings/areas that have been through numerous renovations. The NRHA requires the expertise of a Prime HVAC Consultant in order to design the installation upgrade/replacement of present outdated system in an existing occupied facility.
