Neegan Burnside Ltd., on behalf of Keewaytinook Okimkanak Tribal Council, is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the STP RBC Replacement, Poplar Hill First Nation, Ontario.
The Community of Poplar Hill First Nation is located in Northwestern Ontario and located approximately 125 km Northwest of Red Lake. Accessible by ice road during the winter and year round via air travel.
Scope of work for the project includes the supplying, delivery, installation and commissioning and stockpiling of granular aggregate material. The scope of work is summarized as follows:
- Supply, installation and commissioning of the preselected new RBC to replace the existing RBC in the sewage treatment plant;
- · Install new roll up door, and a single door;
- · Misc electrical works.
- · Disposal of the undesired equipment/material
Each tender must be accompanied by a fully executed Bid Bond in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price expressed as a percentage. The bid Bond shall be issued by an approved surety company licensed to conduct business in Canada.
Each tender must be accompanied by an Agreement to Bond, stating that surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price and a Labour and Materials Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.

Tenders, as indicated in the tender documents, will be received from General Contractors at the office of Neegan Burnside Ltd. (address below) before 3:00:00 pm (CST) on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Late or misdirected bids will not be accepted.
Tenders will NOT be opened publicly due to Pandemic.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
