Scope of Work: PROJECT 1: Fiberglass Repair – • Remove poly vapour retarder and batting in ceiling • Open area in base of structure to allow access up to the top structure to determine the areas that fiberglass repairs are needed as well as mold remediation if needed. • Repair all fiberglass.
PROJECT 2: Base Structure: • replace the exterior stud walls and reframe with pressure treated lumber • Replace or reinforce roof joist and existing joists. • Add new pressure treated load bearing wall to support the joists. • Mounting Plate – seal so no water penetration and secure to wood frame
PROJECT 3: Painting Paint the outside of the Happy Rock structure in its entirety with the appropriate paint for the material of the structure.
