2019 Gravel Loading and Hauling
INVITATION TO TENDER
The Municipality of Oakland-Wawanesa is accepting tenders for the loading and hauling of gravel to be deposited on Municipal roads throughout the Municipality of Oakland-Wawanesa from pits located within the Municipality. The material to be applied in one main haul beginning approximately June 17, 2019, until completed. The contract may also include hauling materials to the Municipality of Oakland-Wawanesa Public Works shop yard in Nesbitt.
All loads will be filled to capacity of the equipment being used. The gravel must be placed in a manner that grading shall not be required at the time of delivery.
The Municipality of Oakland-Wawanesa invited quotations on the following:
Supply and operate a loader complete with a scale for loading material and to
Haul Aggregate material to various locations
Detailed Tender packages complete with specifications are available to interested bidders on website www.oakland-wawanesa.ca or at the Municipal Office, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Completed tenders must be submitted by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 to:
