Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Tender #132 Cityplace Building Roof Replacement
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors for construction services for Cityplace Building Roof Replacement at the property known as the Cityplace Building, located at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT document.
The work includes general contracting and sub-contracting to complete the roof replacement.
McCOR Management (MB) Inc. (McCor) will serve as representatives for Manitoba Public Insurance, the owners of Cityplace.
(Pre-Bid Meeting) Mandatory Site Visit attendance:
Participation in the RFT requires a Mandatory site visit (Pre-Bid Meeting). Prior to the Site Visit, Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 1.5.3 Pre-Bid Meeting by no later than March 7, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. local time.
(Pre-Bid Meeting) Mandatory Site Visit will be held on March 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 am local time at the main floor Security desk of cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT document, Section 1.5 Pre-Bid Meeting.
The final date for submissions is March 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFT.
