Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3338 Capital Modeling Solution and Related Actuarial Consulting Services

Manitoba Public Insurance requires Proposals from Vendors to provide MPI with:

(a) a flexible actuarial capital modelling software solution to implement both stochastic and deterministic modelling across all of MPI’s Business Lines (the “Solution”) and related implementation, model development, training, licensing, and support services; and

(b) ongoing actuarial consulting services on an ongoing, as-and-when-required basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and Requirements outlined in the attached Schedule B (and related Appendices) and in the attached Appendix C.2 – Response Form (collectively, the “Services”).

Participating Vendors are advised that the Vendor, Solution Provider, Solution, or any combination of the foregoing may become MPI’s long-term standard for future actuarial capital modeling software and related consulting services needs if MPI is satisfied with the Solution and Services, as more fully described in the RFP document.

The final date for submissions is October 11, 2024. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
