Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #333 Janitorial Services for Winnipeg Service Centres and Physical Damage Centre
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors to provide janitorial services (including labour, equipment, supplies and materials) for MPI’s service centres and other properties located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in accordance with MPI’s Service Requirements stated in Schedule B of this RFP. The Services also include ‘as and when requested’ services, as more fully described in the RFP document.
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, the below Section 6.03.
The Site Visit shall be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 starting at 9:00 am local time in the reception of the Main Street Service Centre at 1284 Main Street. The itinerary is as follows:
(i) 125 King Edward Avenue East:
(ii) 1284 Main Street: and
(iii) Buildings A, B and C, 1981 Plessis Road.
MPI reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the Site Visit and shall give emailed notice directly to Vendors. Vendors must attend all three locations, as more fully described in the RFP document.
The final date for submissions is October 29, 2024 at 4:30 PM (CST). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
