Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3213 Investment Management Services

Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors to assist in selecting multiple Investment Managers. MPI’s Investment Committee has approved the following allocations, based on the value of the investment portfolio as of February 28, 2023:

Asset Class Available Allocation to Selected Manager
Real Return Bonds /U.S. TIPS $500M - $1,000M
Commercial Mortgages $100M
Real Estate $160M
Infrastructure $80M

The Successful Vendor(s) must deliver the Services in accordance with MPI’s Service Requirements, as more fully described in the RFP document.

The final date for submissions is July 31, 2023. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
