Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3102 Workspace and Meeting Room Booking Solution

Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals for a solution (“Solution”) that will manage and optimize workplace room and space utilization by allowing MPI’s workforce to schedule and book office space, meeting rooms, training rooms and other spaces in the workplace.
MPI requires an easy to use Solution that:

Provides real time data to Users, building managers and other stakeholders;
Is accessible through multiple platforms including Apple OS, Microsoft Windows and Google; and
Is compatible with existing infrastructure.

MPI has identified 1100 workstations and offices with almost fifty percent (50%) allocated as assigned work spaces and the remaining approximately fifty percent (50%) allocated as flex workspaces, as more fully described in the RFP document.

The final date for submissions is December 16, 2021. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
