Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3074 Construction Services (Space Plan)
Manitoba Public Insurance (supported by its Contractor, Bird Construction), is releasing this RFP to obtain stipulated price (lump sum) Proposals from Vendors for trade work at the Manitoba Public Insurance Cityplace Office Renewal project at 234 Donald Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document.
Only Vendors that were placed on the pre-qualification list under Request For Pre‑Qualification #3059 – Mechanical and Electrical Construction (the “Pre‑Qualification List”) may submit Proposals for the mechanical and electrical Work (the “Prequalified Work”). Any Proposal for the Prequalified Work submitted from a Vendor that is not on the Pre-Qualification List will be rejected as non-compliant.
Vendors not on the Pre-Qualification List may submit Proposals for any other portion of the Work other than the Prequalified Work.
Mandatory / Non-Mandatory Site Visits will be held May 5 & 6, 2021 at the East Entrance at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 3.02 Schedule of Events, Mandatory / Non-Mandatory Site Visit.
(Owner and Contractor reserve the right to change the date and/or time of the Site Visit and shall give emailed notice directly to Vendors.)
Prior to the Site Visit, Vendors shall confirm their attendance by 10:00 AM, May 4, 2021, via email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 5.03.
The final date for submissions is May 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM (Central Time). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
