Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #130, Licensed Design Professional Services for Roof Replacement
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors for Licensed Design Professional Services in the capacity of Prime Consultant supported by a multi‑disciplinary team of sub-consultants and specialists, for a roof replacement project at Cityplace office tower, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB. The current roof is an inverted roof membrane assembly and a SBS roof assembly is desired, as more fully described in the RFP document.
The project will be considered a two-phase project with construction anticipated to commence spring of 2023 and be completed in fall of 2024.
McCOR Management (MB) Inc. (McCor) will serve as representatives for Manitoba Public Insurance, the owners of Cityplace.
Mandatory Site Visit attendance:
Participation in the RFP requires a Mandatory site visit. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.
Mandatory Site Visit will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 starting at 10:00 AM (CT) at the main floor customer service desk in the adjacent mall at cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 4.02 Mandatory Site Visit.
Vendors who for any reason cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and will be removed from the RFP competition.
The final date for submissions is August 5, 2022 at 4:30 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
