Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #122, Cityplace – Building Controls Replacement – Office Tower – Floors 6, 8 & 9
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors to replace and install new building controls in the office tower on the 6th, 8th and 9th floors (Phase 1), as well as providing separate pricing for labour and materials, to be held for a two (2) year period, for Phase 2 of the project (rest of the building), and to also provide service contract pricing for a three year period with 2 x 1 year extensions for both Phase 1 and 2, as more fully described in the RFP document.
Mandatory Site Visit:
Confirmation of attendance must be sent by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, Section 1.2.2, prior to 4:00 PM (CST) on July 15, 2021. A maximum of one (1) person to represent each of the Bidder and the sub-trade(s) (for a maximum of 3 individuals) shall attend. The site visit will be held the week of July 19, 2021 at the Main Floor Security Desk of cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 1.2.2.
The final date for submissions is August 18, 2021. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
