Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #121, Cityplace Cooling Tower Replacement

Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors to replace and install two (2) new cooling towers, mechanical piping from the chillers to the cooling towers, as well as install roof replacement, electrical lighting and platforms for the cooling towers at Cityplace, which are located on the roof of the spiral parking garage. Please note that construction on-site cannot commence until September, 2021, as more fully described in the RFP document.

Mandatory Site Visit:

Confirmation of attendance must be sent prior to 4:00 PM (CST) on May 20, 2021. A maximum of one (1) person to represent each of the Bidder and the two referenced sub-trades (for a total of 3 individuals) shall attend. The site visit will be held the week of May 24, 2021 at the Main Floor Security Desk of cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 1.13 (a).

The final date for submissions is June 22, 2021. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
