Manitoba Public Insurance (supported by its Contractor, Bird Construction), is releasing this RFPQ to establish a Pre-Qualification List of prequalified Vendors who may be invited to submit a proposal in response to a potential Future Procurement for Mechanical and Electrical Construction, located at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFPQ document.

Non-Mandatory Site Visit attendance:

Non-Mandatory Site Visits will be held February 3, 2021 at the East Entrance at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFPQ document, Section 3.02 Schedule of Events, Non-Mandatory Site Visits.

(Owner and Contractor reserve the right to change the date and/or time of the Site Visit and shall give emailed notice directly to Vendors.)

Prior to the Site Visit, Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 4.03.

The final date for submissions is February 19, 2021. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFPQ.
