Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Information #3079 Workspace and Meeting Room Booking Service

Manitoba Public Insurance is issuing an RFI to identify a software / solution (hereafter referred to as “Room Booking Software Solution”) that can be used by Manitoba Public Insurance’s workforce to book office workspace and meeting rooms cubicles/office space in advance of arrival at their place of work. The ultimate goal will be to use the information gathered through this RFI to initiate a competitive bidding process, through which Manitoba Public Insurance will formally engage a Vendor to provide Manitoba Public Insurance with a fully functional workplace reservation system, as more fully described in the RFI document.

Additionally, this RFI will be used as an opportunity to gain an understanding of the Vendors' strengths and challenges from the perspectives of functionality and cost:

Functionality: Explore the product features and functionality
Cost: Seek preliminary cost estimates to anticipate total cost of ownership concerns and develop benchmarks

The final date for submissions is May 20, 2021. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFI.
