Description

Various upgrades to the existing mechanical room infrastructure, including:

Ventilation (exhaust) of the cistern to prevent accumulation of corrosion within the cistern access room;
Replacement of corroded materials, as identified in the tender documents;
Provision of dedicated and heated make-up air for the chiller room’s continuous exhaust system;
Incorporation of a by-pass pipe to service the grey-water system when the pumps are off-line; and
Provision of pressure-reducing valves on lower levels of the grey-water system, to allow for improved service to the upper levels, via increased grey water system booster pressure.
