All General Contractors, Fire Stopping Subcontractors, and Electrical Subcontractors intending to Bid are required to attend the site examination meeting on one of the following dates and times:
1. 9:00 – 10:30, April 13th, 2021.
  
  11:00 – 12:30, April 13th, 2021.
  
  1:00 – 2:30, April 13th, 2021.
  
  3:00 – 4:30, April 13th, 2021.
  
  The meetings will commence in Conference Room 138. Participants arriving more than 5 minutes after commencement will not be allowed to attend.
1. General Contractors and Fire Stopping Subcontractors not in attendance are not eligible to Bid, and any submitted Bids will not be opened.
  
  Bids shall identify the Fire Stopping Subcontractor on the first line of the e-mail message. E-mail messages not identifying a Fire-Stopping Subcontractor that attended the site examination meeting will not be opened.

EMAILED Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm local time as designated by CBC radio, on April 22nd, 2021 (the “Submission Deadline”). Bids received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered by the Owner.

Bids must be submitted electronically in pdf format to the email address indicated below complete with executed bid form signed together with all other required enclosures and clearly identified with the Bidder’s name and marked “Virden-Westman Personal Care Home – Fire Safety Upgrades Phase 1” in the subject line.
