Description

Proposals for the construction of 98 sq. m. concrete, steel, and masonry frame building addition will be received by MCM Architects Inc., via EMAIL to mcmtenders@mcmarchitects.ca before 2:00 PM, local time, October 26, 2021.

It is the responsibility of each Proponent to download all required digital content, including addenda, from the available online sources. No hard copies will be provided.

All General Contractor Proponents must attend a site examination meeting on October 6th, 2021, at 10:00 AM, commencing at Morden Collegiate Institute 345-5th Street, Morden MB and continuing to Morden Collegiate Welding Technology Centre. General Contractor Proponents not in attendance are not eligible to submit, and any submitted Proposals will not be opened. Site meeting attendance must be confirmed ahead of time by sending your request to attend to info@mcmarchitects.ca before 4:00 P.M. the day before the site meeting. The Proponent is responsible to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting date.
Only one (1) representative from each Company will be allowed to attend, and masks are mandatory. Representatives will be required to fill out a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire prior to entering the school

Proposals for the construction of 98m² concrete, steel and masonry frame building addition, will be received by MCM Architects Inc., via email to mcmtenders@mcmarchitects.ca before 2:00 P.M. local time, October 26th, 2021.
The Western School Division is requesting an Alternate Price for this project to be combined with the Morden Collegiate Pipefitters Shop Addition, MCM #2515. Proposals for this project shall be submitted as specified (stand-alone) and the Proposals will not be opened until 2:00 PM, October 27th, 2021, in conjunction with the Morden Collegiate Pipefitters Shop Addition. The Morden Collegiate Pipefitters Shop Addition project will include Alternates to add the Morden Collegiate Classroom Addition and its Alternate.
