Creative, Signage Production, and Direct Marketing Services

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking to procure Creative, Production and Direct Marketing services from a Proponent(s) to provide the Scope of Services for three distinctive separate service categories as described within the RFSO, under terms and conditions outlined in this RFSO.

The closing date for submission is December 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.

Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of two (2) years with MBLL’s option to exercise the contract for up to one additional one (1) year term.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
