CASINO POINT OF SALE SYSTEM

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a supplier to provide an enterprise – class point of sale (POS) system for use in non-gaming areas at Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino. This engagement will include the all software and hardware plus configuration, training, and deployment in our environment.

The system will include functionality for food & beverage, retail, and valet operations, and may include:

Core POS system
Modules or 3rd party integrations to deliver specific functionality
- Labour Management
- Inventory Management
- Menu Engineering
- Kitchen Display System
- Event Management

It is a mandatory requirement that any POS system is certified by International Gaming Technology (IGT) to integrate with its Advantage Patron Management module.

The closing date for submission is February 9, 2018 at 4:00 PM Winnipeg time.

Any resulting agreements will be for the implementation of the system, as well as provision of support, maintenance, and licenses on an ongoing basis.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
