The work to be included under this specification shall consist of the supply of all necessary engineering, design services, management, labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and all materials supplied by the Contractor for the complete construction of a new Fry Building at the Whiteshell Fish Hatchery, West Hawk Lake, MB.
Project includes but is not limited to:
Granular base preparation,
- concrete slab on grade foundations and cantilever retaining wall construction,
- Complete construction of a wood frame superstructure with min. dimensions of 32’-0” wide by 52’-0” long (outside to outside of bottom plates) with minimum interior finished ceiling heights of 10’ & 14’ above the finished floor levels,
- All mechanical services, equipment and installation,
- All electrical services, equipment and installation,
