SECTION 1 (King Street, Thomas Drive and Seventh Avenue)

Construction of a bituminous pavement overlay on Provincial Access 678: King Street from Thomas Drive to Provincial Trunk Highway 1; Thomas Drive from Provincial Road 257 to King Street; and Seventh Avenue from Lyons Street to King Street, for a total construction distance of 2.9km, in the Town of Virden.

SECTION 2 (King Street and Seventh Avenue)

Construction of a bituminous pavement overlay on Provincial Access 678: King Street shoulders from Thomas Drive to Bridge Site 3960-00; and Seventh Avenue parking lanes from Lyons Street to King Street, for a total construction distance of 1.0km, in the Town of Virden.
