Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for an outline agreement for the supply and delivery of ball and socket type suspension insulators, standard profile glass or porcelain in the following ratings:

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:

Provision of type test reports from an independent, 3rd party lab, indicating each proposed item meets CSA-C411.1-16 and Charpy tests meets CAN/CSA-C83 Clause 7.2.4
Provision of shatter reports
Proof of ISO 9001 certification
