DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
The Services involve all that is required for collection services of delinquent accounts. The Services will commence over a one (1) year term, with the potential for four (4) additional one (1) year terms for a total term of five (5) years. Further details can be found in the Contract documents.

All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:

Proponent shall provide evidence/documentation that collection agency/firm be licensed as a collection agent as per the Consumer Protection Act
Proponent shall provide Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification documentation
