DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
The Work includes the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of Oil Filled Capacitor Voltage Transformers (CVTs) and Coupling Capacitors, to be ordered on an as and when required basis, for an estimated duration of up to five (5) years.

Pass/Fail Criteria
All proposals must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process.
a) Compliance with requirements of Supplementary Specification & Technical Requirements, as evidenced by Proponent response to Proposal Form 02 – Mandatory Technical Data Tables (Excel spreadsheet) and Form 03 – Proof of Technical Compliance.
IMPORTANT:
1. YELLOW CELLS within Proposal Form 02 – Mandatory Technical Data Tables indicate MANDATORY requirements which MUST be filled out and submitted by the Proponent. Responses within white cells are deemed non-mandatory; however, responses are requested.
2. Proof of compliance in the form of detailed product literature and datasheets for all equipment specified shall be submitted under separate cover. The Proponent is instructed to provide filenames of such product literature in Form 03 – Proof of Technical Compliance.
3. If the Proponent is uncertain its product offering is compliant or can meet Proposal Form 02 requirements with an alternative method, clarification questions may be submitted in the Proponent answer column(s).
