The Work shall consist in all that is required for the design, fabrication, supply and delivery of Tubular
Towers and Anchor Bolt Assemblies in accordance with Standard Material Specification 30-2M AM2
(Tubular Type Steel Transmission Line Structures), 30-7M AM2 (supply of Structural Fasteners, Bolts,
Nuts and Washers) and 30-9M A1 (Supply of Anchor Bolts).
Quantities required:
1 each Steel Tubular Tower Type TF-206-3
2 each iron anchor assembly TF-206-3
1 each iron desing TF-206-3

First Stage of Evaluation Process
All tenders from Respondents will be evaluated on the following and must meet all the following
criteria, in Manitoba Hydro's determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation
process:
(a) Valid CSA W47.1 Division 2 Welding Certification (The Purchaser reserves the right to verify the
Respondents status on the CWB website www.cwbgroup.org)
(b) Submission & approval of preliminary tower design drawings including foundation reactions and
anchor bolt design
Failure to meet the above-specified criteria will result in the Respondent's tender submission from
proceeding for further evaluation.
