This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba , as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing The Owner requires the services of a Consultant to act as the Prime Consultant and lead an interdisciplinary team of Consultants and Sub consultants to provide the scope of architectural and engineering services associated with Manitoba Housing Project 7611 located at 1425-1433
Rothesay, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Exterior The Scope of Work includes, but is
not limited to, an exterior retrofit and site work, including roofing, soffit,
fascia, rain gear, windows, doors, siding, correct negative grade and site
lighting.. The Townhouse project consist of 5 two storey buildings with 17
units in total that was commissioned in 1977.
 
An optional site visit will is scheduled on November 2, 2021 at 10:00AM local time.
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.
 
Deadline for questions is November 9, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
