Description

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a landscape contractor to perform drainage and landscape works. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, culvert abandonment, grading, subsurface drainage, installation of catch basins connected to existing and new culverts that outlet into retention ponds (not LDS), installation of new culverts, sod installation, tree planting and landscape maintenance.

The purpose of the optional site visit is to allow the Contractors and Subcontractors opportunity to view the site and measure for scope requirements. The Project Manager and Consultant are not present for this site visit. Any inquiry resulting from the site visit should be directed to the Manitoba Housing Contract Administrator.
