CS2021-42-P-5032010 - Interior and Exterior Refresh

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing  requires the services of a contractor for an interior and exterior refresh in a one one-storey with basement stick foundation. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of exterior doors, windows, roofing; wash exterior walls; mould remediation; removal and replacement of interior doors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring; painting; removal and replacement of bathroom fixtures and plumbing; remove and replace existing HRV/Central Exhaust; mechanical works; electrical works and site work as further described in Appendix 13. Work site location will not be occupied during construction.
An optional site visit is scheduled for August 17, 2021.
 
Bidders are to meet at 516 McLeod Island Rd., Cross Lake, MB
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn during the site visit.
 
Deadline for questions is August 24, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
