Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Manitoba requires the services of a contractor to perform a foundation wall repair in 1 building - 10 town house units.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, perimeter excavation, seal cracks in foundation, apply parging, apply waterproofing membrane, supply and install gravel over weeping tile, backfill and grade to maintain proper slope. Move and re-install any fences required to perform the work. Worksite location will be occupied during construction.
An optional site visit is scheduled for June 3, 2021. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca prior to noon of June 2, 2021.
When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.

Bidders are to meet at 559 Princeton Drive, Thompson, MB
The attendance sheet will not be passed around for signing. Attendance sheets will be prefilled based on pre-registration. Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Manager.

Deadline for questions is June 9, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at gazi.rahman@gov.mb.ca .The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.

Bid submission deadline is June 16, 2021 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
