DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

This is an open tender opportunity open to all interested bidders. Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform an elevator modernization on one passenger elevator servicing five floors. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, modernization of one passenger configuration hydraulic elevator. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
An optional site visit is schedule for January 27, 2021. Bidders who wish to attend the site must pre-register via email with the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of the business day on January 26, 2021. The first 3 suppliers will attend at 10am Central Standard Time (CST), the second 3 will attend at 11am, and so on. If Bidders are not available to attend the scheduled site visit but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager, Chris Cruz, at 204-805-4711.
Deadline for questions is Febraury 24, 2021. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administer via nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Submission Deadline is March 3, 2021 at 2:00:00 pm CST. It is solely the Bidders responsibility to ensure its bid is submitted in accordance with the electronic bid submission instructions. No other form of bid submission will be accepted. Bids that do not comply with submission instructions will be deemed non-compliant.
